1. Who we are

“Projex” refers to the website at projex.engineering and the construction-management platform of the same name, published by Innovation Enterprise (“IET”, “we”, “us”) — a company registered in Egypt.

2. The information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the demo / contact form, we ask for and store the following:

• Your name
• Your company name
• Your work email
• Your phone number (optional)
• Your role (optional)
• Any free-text message you choose to share

That's the only personal information we collect from the public website. We do not run analytics scripts, advertising trackers, Facebook pixels, or similar tools.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user-agent) for security and capacity planning. These logs are rotated and retained for a maximum of 30 days unless we are required to keep them longer for security investigation.

Cookies

The Projex website does not set any tracking cookies. We don't use cookies for advertising, behavioral analytics, or personalization. Strictly necessary cookies (e.g. for the demo-form CSRF protection, if and when implemented) may be used; these are essential for the site to function and cannot be disabled without breaking functionality.

3. How we use your information

The information you submit through the form is used only to:

• Reply to your demo request and schedule a call
• Send you a confirmation email that we've received your request
• Follow up about the product if you express interest in evaluating Projex

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Where your data lives

Demo-form submissions are delivered to our team mailbox at go@projex.engineering over our own SMTP server hosted in our infrastructure. Email content, including any personal data you included, is stored in our mail server in line with standard email retention practices (7 years by default for business records). We do not transmit form data to any third-party CRM, analytics, or marketing platform without separately notifying you.

5. How long we keep it

• Demo-form emails: kept in our team inbox until the conversation is complete; archived afterward in line with business-record retention.
• Server logs: rotated within 30 days unless retained for security investigation.
• Customer data on the Projex platform: governed by your separate commercial agreement and Data Processing Agreement.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Ask what information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct it if it's wrong
• Ask us to delete it
• Withdraw your consent to receive further communications

To exercise any of these rights, email support@projex.engineering from the address you originally submitted, with the subject line “Privacy request.” We will respond within 30 days.

7. Children

Projex is a B2B construction tool. It is not directed at children under 16 and we don't knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including TLS for all network traffic, restricted server access, and strong password policies on operator accounts. No system is perfect, but we treat your data with the seriousness it deserves and take a security incident as a P0 issue.

9. International transfers

Our infrastructure is hosted in Egypt. By submitting the form, you consent to your information being processed in Egypt. If we ever add servers in other regions we will update this section before doing so.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product and the regulatory environment evolve. The version in effect is the one published on this page on the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be highlighted at the top of the page.
