1. Who we are

“Projex” refers to the construction-management software product and the website at projex.engineering, published by Innovation Enterprise (“IET”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Egypt.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Projex (the website, the platform, or any Projex services we provide), you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.

3. Use of the website

• You may browse the website, read documentation, and submit demo requests for any lawful business purpose.
• You agree not to attempt to circumvent security, access content you're not authorized to access, or use automated systems to extract data beyond what is publicly served.
• You will not submit content through any form on the website that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others.

4. Demo requests and communications

When you submit the demo form, you authorize us to contact you using the email and phone number you provide, for the purpose of scheduling a demo, answering your questions, and sharing relevant product information. You can opt out at any time by replying to any email from us or by contacting support@projex.engineering.

5. The Projex platform (paid services)

If you sign a separate commercial agreement with us for use of the Projex platform, that agreement and its annexes (subscription terms, SLA, data-processing agreement) will govern that relationship. The terms on this page are limited to your use of the public website and any free trial or sandbox we may provide.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the website — text, graphics, brand marks, the Projex logo, and the design and arrangement of the site — is owned by IET or our licensors, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the website without our prior written permission, except where the law explicitly permits.

7. Third-party links

The website may link to third-party sites (e.g. iet.eg). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The website is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the website's accuracy, reliability, or availability. Information published in the user guide is for guidance only and may change as the product evolves.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IET shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect is the one published on this page on the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo.
